Meat and heart: our idea of sharing
Solidarity at the table
"Even the smallest gesture can become immense if everyone does their part.'"
Adrian Ionila
In a fast-paced world, we pause to make a choice: to share what we do best. We believe that cooking can also be an act of care, respect and dignity.
That’s why we collaborate with local organisations that have been caring for those most in need for years.
Meat prepared with care, a hot meal served with respect, a simple gesture that becomes meaningful.
Every dish adds value
Alongside Caritas Ambrosiana
Over time, we have developed a strong working relationship with Caritas Ambrosiana, bringing our cuisine to the Refettorio Ambrosiano. This is a place that embodies hospitality, beauty, and personalised care.
We have cooked for people facing difficulties, never compromising on quality: our finest cuts, prepared with care, have been served as a symbol of support and normality.
It is a small gesture for us. But an important sign for those who receive it.

Meat, heart and respect
together we can do a lot
We believe that every restaurant has a responsibility that extends beyond serving good food. Quality lies not only in the dishes themselves, but also in the values we choose to uphold. Cooking for those in need restores dignity, attention and respect. It enables us to apply our skills in a tangible way, with a vision that extends beyond the restaurant’s walls. We do it because we can. We hope that many of our colleagues, restaurateurs and professionals in the sector will choose to do the same.
Doing good takes nothing away. It adds a lot.
Our solidarity project has been covered by several newspapers, whom we thank for sharing our story.
celebrate together
Easter of solidarity
For Easter, we wanted to do something special and bring a full meal to the over 100 people welcomed by the Refettorio Ambrosiano.
Our staff cooked with the same commitment and care that we show in our restaurant every day. Each dish, from the appetiser to the dessert, was designed to make the recipients feel special, just like in a real restaurant.
For us, it was a day of sharing and humanity. For those at the table, it was an unforgettable experience.
